How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the parcel via the e-mail you gave in when ordering. If you haven't received an e-mail, please check your junk filter and whether you provided in the correct e-mail address.

Can I come pick-up my order ?
Yes, you can come pick-up your order when you will received a notification that your order is ready. Please take an appointment with us.
We are open from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
I checked "pick-up" in the shopping cart, but I want my order to be delivered to my door, what can I do?
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know. We will send you an invoice of the shipping fees by email. You can pay by credit card.
I bought a fanny pack and the belt is too long, could you cut it ?
No. We only take care of the leather goods that has been damaged because of a production error. If you think the belt is too long, please refer to this video to see how to wear the fanny pack. If you still want to cut your belt after this video, please take an appointment with a shoemaker in your neighbourhood.
What kind of zipper do you use ?
All zippers in Miljours Studio products are Riri zipper, the best zippers in the world made in Switzerland.
