Returns

Before returning an item, please contact us by email at webshop@miljours.studio. Any damaged product will not be exchanged, except for item damaged during shipping or defective product.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, with presentation of the original invoice. No exchange or refund will be accepted beyond 30 days. 
A refund can be accepted within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we accept exchanges only.
No exchanges or refunds on underwear, final sale, jewelry, masks or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that on sale items are final sale and that we won't allow any exchange or return.

The almost perfects
All almost perfects item are sold as is. They can have defects, unusual dye or anything that make them "almost perfect". As they are sold at a certain percent off, it won't be possible to exchange or return any sample. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid on your original order are non-refundable. If you have had free shipping, the amount of your refund will be the original price minus shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All shipments must have a tracking number and insurance for the value of your purchase. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
