DELIVERY TIME AND FREIGHT COSTS
We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Montréal within 24-48 working hours. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and Miljours Studio reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.

Forwarding Agent
All delivery charges are calculated based on your location. We have great prices from the delivery companies, but if you want to use your carrier (freight forwarder), please contact us at webshop@miljours.studio and select the option "Pick-up at our studio".
Customs and taxes
Note that no matter where you order, we are not responsible for taxes and customs clearance of your package. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of your country's regulations regarding the import of leather products.

Typically, we ship local goods with PUROLATOR or COURANT +. We ship national and international goods with CANADA POST, DHL, UPS.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
